You will be working at DexKor, a company focused on developing an AI-native B2B Customer Experience suite for post-sales operations across Success, Support, and Revenue teams. The mission at DexKor is to enable businesses to provide proactive, intelligent, and predictive customer engagement through Agentic AI and automation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and NLP models for real-world SaaS use cases. - Collaborate with the core engineering team on integrating AI services into the platform. - Work on conversational AI systems, including intent classification, summarization, and sentiment analysis. - Experiment with open-source LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases. - Write clean, modular, and efficient Python code for model training and deployment. - Research and prototype new AI techniques to enhance product intelligence. **Preferred Skills:** - Strong foundation in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. - Basic understanding of NLP, LLMs, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma). - Experience or interest in LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar agentic frameworks. - Familiarity with Flask, FastAPI, or other backend frameworks is a plus. - Curiosity to learn and experiment, with a passion for solving real-world problems through AI. You are expected to be a final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science / AI / Data Science / Engineering. You should be enthusiastic about startups and AI-first product development, a self-learner who can adapt quickly and contribute independently, and eager to build impactful solutions that benefit numerous users. At DexKor, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the founding team on building India's next-gen AI SaaS platform. You will gain exposure to live AI projects utilized by enterprise clients and receive a Certificate and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.
