Part 1: User & Workflow Discovery

• Task:

  Use Maya @ https://mayaagent.ai/ to complete at least 3 tasks (e.g., schedule a meeting, check inbox, make a call).

• Deliverables:

• A

  video walkthrough

  (Loom/Zoom/YouTube) explaining what you tried, why, and what happened.
• A

  deck (3–5 slides)

  covering:
• 3 things you loved
• 3 friction points
• 2 new workflows/tasks Maya should support

Part 2: Competition & Retention

• Task:

  Pick one competitor (e.g., Siri, Alexa, Replika, Rabbit R1, Humane Pin, x.ai) and create a

  competitive analysis

• Deliverables:

• A

  competitive insights deck (5–7 slides)

  covering:
• Strengths & weaknesses of competitor
• How Maya can differentiate in the next 6 months

Part 3: Growth Playbook
