Key Responsibilities

• Use

  AI-assisted development tools

  to accelerate product engineering.
• Translate

  design concepts

  into fully functional applications.
• Ensure products follow

  security, performance, and scalability best practices

• Rapidly

  prototype, validate, and evolve

  product features based on user and business feedback.

• Collaborate

  with designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions.
• Document workflows, design choices, and

  AI prompts for reproducibility and future scaling

  .

Required Skills

• AI-first mindset

  : Strong ability to use AI tools for ideation, coding, debugging, and optimization.

• Prompting expertise

  : Skilled in refining AI outputs for usable, high-quality solutions.

• Design sense

  : Understanding of UI/UX principles; ability to turn mockups into intuitive user experiences.

• Foundation Understanding(working knowledge expected; stronger breadth/depth is a plus):

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue.
• Backend: Node.js, Python, or equivalent.
• Databases: SQL & NoSQL, schema design, queries.
• Security: Authentication, encryption, secure API practices, OWASP awareness.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in

  end-to-end product building

  (personal projects, hackathons, startups, internships).
• Familiarity with

  API integrations

  (payments, CRM, analytics, external SaaS tools).
• Exposure to

  MLOps/LLMOps

  and AI API integrations (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Cypress, Jest, PyTest).
• Agile/Scrum experience.
