Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
AI/ML models
for image analysis, vision intelligence, and multimodal use cases.
Build and optimize
Computer Vision models
including object detection, segmentation, tracking, and image classification.
Develop and fine-tune
NLP and speech models
, as well as multimodal transformer architectures.
Implement
real-time or near-real-time video processing pipelines
.
Optimize models for
GPU performance
, including memory efficiency, parallelization, and distributed training.
Work with frameworks such as
DeepSpeed, Horovod, PyTorch Distributed
for large-scale model training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
Conduct performance tuning, model evaluation, and enhancement for scalability and accuracy.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, transformer models, and vision-language advancements.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in
AI/ML, Computer Vision, Image Analysis, and Vision Analytics
.
Hands-on with
CV models
(YOLO, Detectron, EfficientNet, Vision Transformers, SAM, etc.).
Expertise in
NLP, Speech Models
, and
multimodal transformers
(CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA, etc.).
Deep understanding of
GPU optimization techniques
and
distributed training
using DeepSpeed, Horovod, or similar.
Experience in
real-time or near-real-time video processing
workflows.
Strong Python skills and experience with
PyTorch / TensorFlow
.
Familiarity with CUDA optimizations and large-scale AI workloads.
