AI-ML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer at MaintWiz, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products and services, continuously innovate by staying updated with the latest research and technologies, and ensure our models perform optimally in production environments. - Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models: Build scalable machine learning models and algorithms that address complex business problems. - Data preprocessing and feature engineering: Prepare and transform raw data into suitable formats for model training and evaluation. - Model training and optimization: Train and fine-tune machine learning models to achieve high performance and accuracy. - Deploy and monitor models: Implement models into production environments and ensure they perform well over time. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services. - Research and innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our solutions. - Documentation and reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, processes, and outcomes, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Qualification Required: - B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech, MSC in Computer Science Experience required: - 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment. - Proficiency in Python, R, or Java programming languages. - Experience with AI/ML Frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. - Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization. - Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
