AI / ML Engineer

As an AI / ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models under the guidance of senior engineers and data scientists. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms, working on data preprocessing to ensure high-quality inputs for model training, identifying and creating new features to improve model accuracy, training ML models, fine-tuning hyperparameters, evaluating model performance, staying updated with the latest trends in machine learning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, deploying models to production, and maintaining documentation for code, experiments, and model architecture. You should have a basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms (supervised, unsupervised learning, classification, regression, etc.), familiarity with Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, knowledge of data manipulation tools like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib, familiarity with neural networks, deep learning, and NLP, understanding of databases and basic SQL queries, practical knowledge of LLM concepts, ability to build REST APIs and integrate with ML models, and experience with version control systems like Git. In addition to technical skills, you are expected to have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You should be willing to work onsite at our Trichy office, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
