Job Description

Technical Skills:

Proven experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning and deployment
Advanced knowledge of RAG architecture and implementation
Proficiency in semantic search and vector databases
Strong background in MLOps and model monitoring
Experience with distributed computing and GPU optimization

Programming:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
Experience with graph databases and vector stores
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

Cloud & Tools:

Experience in building AI systems on Azure/ AWS/ GCP

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:
B.Tech/B.E (IT) or higher
An AI professional who initiated their career directly in artificial intelligence and has accumulated 3-4 years of dedicated experience in AI technologies (not transitioning from other technical backgrounds)

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Team leadership and mentoring capabilities
