AI & Enterprise Application Architect

As an AI & Enterprise Application Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of AI-powered systems, including Agentic AI and GenAI applications, as well as enterprise Line-of-Business (LoB) applications. Your expertise will be essential in providing visionary leadership, combining deep technical knowledge with a strong business acumen to develop end-to-end solutions, recommend suitable infrastructure, and cultivate high-performing engineering teams. Your responsibilities will encompass architecting Agentic AI systems such as LLM orchestration, workflows, RAG pipelines, and automation. You will evaluate and integrate modern AI frameworks to ensure scalability and performance. Additionally, you will independently design enterprise-grade applications aligned with business requirements, translating workflows into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. In terms of infrastructure strategy, you will assess and recommend specific requirements for AI/GenAI applications, including GPU clusters, accelerators, vector databases, caching mechanisms, data pipelines, scalable storage, high-throughput networking, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and leveraging cloud-native AI services like AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex AI while balancing performance, cost-efficiency, and security. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, swiftly creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate ideas, and transitioning PoCs into production-grade deliverables across AI and non-AI domains. You will lead and scale high-performing engineering teams, drive agile delivery practices, and ensure the timely and quality-driven completion of all initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have over 10 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in architecture leadership roles. Your background should include a strong foundation in AI/ML systems and enterprise software architecture, along with hands-on expertise in frontend technologies like React/React Native, backend development using Node.js, microservices architecture, mobile app architecture, cloud platforms, GPU infrastructure, databases, APIs, microservices, and containerization. Moreover, you should possess proven experience in designing LoB applications, creating rapid PoCs, understanding business requirements, and demonstrating exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Additionally, experience with LLM orchestration tools, enterprise CRM/ERP/CCaaS solutions, and delivering AI + business applications in large enterprises would be advantageous.
