Job Description: You will be the AI Engineer at our IT company located in Nipaniya, Indore. With 24 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, you will play a crucial role in developing intelligent systems and solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve designing, constructing, and implementing artificial intelligence models and machine learning algorithms to address real-world challenges across diverse sectors. Collaborating closely with data scientists, software developers, and business teams, you will be instrumental in creating AI-driven applications, optimizing their performance, and ensuring smooth integration into existing platforms. Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing AI and machine learning models based on specific business needs, processing and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends, building, testing, and deploying scalable machine learning pipelines and AI systems, integrating AI models into applications and products in coordination with cross-functional teams, conducting ongoing research to remain updated on the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and tools, evaluating and enhancing the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of AI models, as well as documenting technical processes and ensuring model version control. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in AI/ML model development and deployment, proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java, hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques, and knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP would be beneficial. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential. You must hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field to be eligible for this full-time position.,
