Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) to join our growing AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent solutions using cutting-edge AI models and frameworks. Youll work on complex problems involving large-scale data, model training, and production deployment, with a focus on creating transformative AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced Generative AI solutions like document processing, image synthesis, tts, stt, etc.
• Build and optimize Machine Learning models for classification, regression, dimensionality reduction, clustering, computer vision tasks, etc.
• Build capacity planning system through mathematical optimisation.
• Fine-tune and customize pre-trained foundation models .
• Deploy models into production using MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins).
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model evaluation, and continuous improvement using feedback loops.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI, ML, and GenAI.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, explainable, ethical, and aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/AI libraries such as Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Transformers (Hugging Face).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning transformer models.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying models at scale.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
