Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer with 2–3 years of experience delivering production-grade AI solutions. This is a strategic position where you’ll work on advanced AI initiatives — including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows — to build intelligent, scalable systems.

You will be responsible for building, fine-tuning, and deploying models, integrating them into production environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related software development roles.
• At least one end-to-end AI project where you worked across multiple teams and led the technical delivery from initial design through deployment and monitoring.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong foundation in Python and ML/AI fundamentals (transformers, embeddings, NLP).
• Hands-on experience with at least one GenAI/LLM framework (OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience integrating AI models into production systems and building REST APIs.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
