As an AI Developer at KritiLabs, you will be part of a dynamic team working on innovative projects that challenge conventional thinking. Your role will involve assisting in data analysis, supporting model development, conducting experiments, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to uncover insights and prepare datasets for model training. - Support the design and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms under the guidance of senior team members. - Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and contribute to the optimization of algorithms. - Help in documenting experiments, processes, and results to ensure clarity and reproducibility. - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and processes. - Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies. Qualifications: - Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). - Machine Learning Knowledge: Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering). - Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets. - Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. - Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and take initiative in a fast-paced setting. - Projects or Coursework: Experience with AI/ML projects or relevant coursework is a plus. - Tools and Libraries: Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is advantageous.
