AI BI Solutions Developer

You will play a crucial role in leading the design efforts and formulating implementation strategies for AI solutions within the CPG integrated Marketing department. Your responsibilities will involve: - Leading the development and deployment of AI-enhanced BI solutions across various cloud platforms. - Building and optimizing data pipelines, models, and dashboards to derive real-time insights. - Collaborating with architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Implementing MLOps practices to facilitate continuous integration and delivery of ML models. - Ensuring adherence to data governance, privacy, and security standards. - Mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. For this role, the following qualifications are required: - Strong experience in data modeling, ETL pipeline design, and orchestration. - Proficiency in Apache Spark, Databricks, Airflow, and Kafka. - Advanced SQL skills with experience in Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. - Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or GCP Dataflow. - A solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and cost optimization strategies. - Experience across the ML lifecycle including data preparation, training, deployment, and monitoring. - Familiarity with Azure ML, SageMaker, or Vertex AI. - Understanding of model interpretability, bias detection, and data drift. - Proficiency in Python programming. - Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and enterprise data privacy frameworks. - Experience in data lineage, cataloging, and access control mechanisms. - Proficiency in MLflow, Kubeflow, GitHub Actions, and Terraform for MLOps and CI/CD. - Skills in automating model deployment and monitoring pipelines. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in data engineering, BI development, or AI solution delivery.
