AI Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy next-generation intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in AI/ML, RPA, and workflow automation, with a strong ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement AI-powered automation workflows to optimize business processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver measurable impact.
• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and integrate them into automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to craft scalable, enterprise-grade automation strategies.
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing automation processes for performance, reliability, and security.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards across automation projects.
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI, RPA, and intelligent automation technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation.
• Proficiency with leading RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment.
• Familiarity with NLP, Chatbots, or Conversational AI (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Generative AI tools (OpenAI, LLMs, LangChain, etc.).
• Exposure to workflow orchestration and process mining tools.
• Knowledge of API integrations and microservices architecture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
