Role & responsibilities

AI Developer / AI Application Engineer

You'll help maintain a high-quality data pipeline and contribute to software projects involving data management (C#), real-time systems (C/C++ with TensorRT), and AI prototyping (Python). In the future, you may also contribute to the development of a knowledge-based chatbot deployed in our cloud or local infrastructure.

Skillset and Knowledge requirement:

Software Development (50%)

• Support internal tooling and data workflows in C# for our Data Management Software.
• Assist with development of C/C++ code for real-time production systems, some accelerated with TensorRT.
• Contribute to Python-based AI prototypes using common ML/data libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch,...).
• Collaborate on future projects such as a web- or cloud-based company knowledge chatbot.
• Follow clean code practices and use a version control system for code collaboration.

Technical Lab & Data Engineering (50%)

• Operate and monitor machine(s) in our Indian technical lab for AI-related data collection.
• Supervise and document the acquisition of materials and related sensor or process data.
• Handle labeling, preprocessing, and structured importing of data into internal systems.
• Ensure consistency, traceability, and quality of all data sent to the core AI team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or masters degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence
• Solid experience with:
• C# (desktop/backend tools)
• C/C++ (real-time/embedded or performance-critical systems)
• Python for prototyping and scripting (AI/data tools)
• Strong technical understanding of data engineering practices.
• Clear and structured communication skills to work with international teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to self-manage.
