AI and Automation QA

As a technically skilled AI and Automation QA professional, you will be responsible for testing Generative AI model implementations within our SAAS application to ensure exceptional user experiences delivered by our AI-powered virtual agent. Your role will involve designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for Large Language Model (LLM) integrations within our ITSM platform. Additionally, you will test conversational AI capabilities, response accuracy, intent recognition, and user interaction flow in chatbot validation. You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between AI components and core ITSM functionalities through functional testing. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium Java or Cypress for AI-driven features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve AI-related bugs and performance issues, and contributing to the development of specialized testing methodologies for AI/ML applications.
