We're seeking a Product Manager to oversee our Polymer domain products (PVC, UPVC, HDPE, SWR pipes, and fittings) for Skipper Pipes across Pan India operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, market analysis, and team collaboration.

1. Product Strategy and Development
2. Market Analysis and Trend Identification
3. Product Life Cycle Management
4. Competition Mapping and Analysis
5. Portfolio Roadmap Development
6. Trade Discounts and Scheme Management
7. Sales Trend Analysis and Product Mix Analysis
8. Annual Marketing Budget Preparation and Tracking
9. Market Research and Customer Need Assessment
10. Cross-functional Team Management
Requirements:
1. Relevant experience in product management, preferably in the polymer or pipes industry
2. Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
4. Ability to drive product growth and profitability
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience in managing product portfolios and developing product roadmaps
2. Knowledge of market research and customer need assessment methodologies
3. Familiarity with sales trend analysis and product mix analysis tools
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
