Assistant General Manager

Assistant General Manager Marketplace

Gurugram | Up to 30 LPA

AGM – Marketplace

What You’ll Do

Define and execute marketplace strategy to scale revenue & brand visibility
Lead a team of Key Account Managers and specialists across listings, operations, and campaigns
Own P&L: optimize pricing, discounts, and inventory for growth + profitability
Drive operations excellence: catalog accuracy, fulfillment, returns & SPF management
Plan and execute promotions, ads & campaigns to maximize ROAS and conversions

What We’re Looking For

7–12 years of marketplace management experience (fashion/luxury preferred)
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketplace dashboards & ad platforms
Deep understanding of e-commerce pricing, merchandising, and operations
