Job Description

Job Summary:

Agile Team Coach

Key Responsibilities:

Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders in agile values, principles, and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Assess team agility and maturity; create customized coaching plans for growth and improvement
Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, planning sessions, and team-building activities
Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and feedback
Support the scaling of agile practices across teams and departments
Partner with leadership to identify and remove systemic impediments to agility
Help align product delivery with business goals through agile planning and prioritization
Encourage a mindset shift from "doing agile" to "being agile" across the organization
Coach individuals and teams through change and transformation initiatives
Introduce metrics to measure agile maturity, velocity, team health, and outcomes
Evangelize agile best practices while adapting to the organizations context and needs

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, SAFe SPC, Scrum.org PSM II/III, or equivalent)
Experience driving agile transformation in medium to large organizations
Background in software development, product management, or program management
Understanding of Lean principles, DevOps culture, and systems thinking
Familiarity with OKRs or other outcome-based goal-setting frameworks
