Job Description

As an AEM Back-end Developer at this company, your role will involve working with various technical expertise such as Front-End Integration (utilizing Touch UI, Sightly, Components, Content & Experience Fragments, Editable Templates, and Client Libraries) and AEM Back-End Stack (including OSGi, JCR, Sling, WCM APIs, Sling Models, Workflow, Launchers, Event Handlers, Listeners, Schedulers, Sling Jobs, API Integration, Multi-Site Manager Setup, Query Builder, Search & Indexing, Session Handling, and Unit Testing with JUnit). You will also handle Security aspects like Access Control Lists (ACL), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Security Layer Implementation. Performance Tuning tasks will involve Page Performance Optimization, Dispatcher Caching, and Query Optimization & Debugging. Infrastructure Setup responsibilities include Cron Jobs, Dispatcher, Apache Configuration, while Persistence Setup requires familiarity with TarMK, MongoMK, and S3 Integration. Additionally, you will be involved in Build & Deployment processes using Maven/Ant, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, Production Deployment Strategies, and Java Language Proficiency in Exception Handling, Collections Framework, Design Patterns, Multi-threading. AEM Upgrade Experience will be essential for Service Pack & Hotfix Installation, Version Upgrade Planning & Execution, Pre/Post Upgrade Analysis & Migration, and adherence to Use Cases & Best Practices like Migration from Non-CMS Platforms, Headless CMS Implementation, and Integration with External Technologies. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in AEM Back-End technologies such as OSGi, JCR, Sling, WCM APIs, Sling Models - Experience in Front-End Integration using tools like Touch UI, Sightly, and Components - Strong understanding of Java Language including Exception Handling, Collections Framework, and Design Patterns - Familiarity with AEM Upgrade processes and strategies - Ability to optimize performance and ensure security in AEM projects,
