Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AEM Forms Backend Developer with strong Java programming skills and experience in Adaptive Forms development. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement AEM backend solutions using Java programming language.
Design and develop form data models and integrate them with backend systems.
Optimize performance in Adaptive Forms using features like Lazy Loading.
Create logical and reusable form artefacts using Fragments.
Collaborate with the team to lead and mentor technology and technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.

Job Requirements

Strong AEM Backend JAVA skills and experience in AEM backend development.
Proficiency in Java programming with Servlet development.
Experience with OSGi/FELIX, Web services creation and consumption, and Java Content Repository (JCR)/CRX.
Familiarity with Apache Sling and Maven.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication proficiency.
Experience in leading and mentoring the team on technology and technical solutions is required.
Experience in SDLC is essential.
