AEM Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services
• Maintain and enhance existing AEM applications, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize and extend AEM features such as DAM, workflow, user management, and tagging
• Develop integrations between AEM and other systems (e.g., CMS, CRM, marketing tools)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AEM applications for better performance
• Follow best practices in coding, documentation, and testing to ensure software quality
• Stay updated with the latest Adobe Experience Manager features, upgrades, and & Skills :
• Proven experience as an AEM Developer with hands-on development using AEM 6.x versions
• Experience in developing custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (optional but a plus)
• Experience with Maven, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools for build and deployment automation
• Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and web content delivery
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
