Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AEM Assets Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining digital asset management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager Assets. The candidate should have hands-on experience in AEM Assets, workflows, DAM integration, and asset optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and scalable asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AEM Assets implementations and integrations.
• Configure and customize AEM DAM components, workflows, and metadata schemas.
• Work with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate AEM Assets with web and mobile applications.
• Implement asset tagging, metadata management, search capabilities, and content automation workflows.
• Optimize performance, storage, and delivery of digital assets.
• Develop APIs, connectors, and integrations with other systems (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, third-party DAMs, cloud storage).
• Ensure security, access control, and governance policies for asset management.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in AEM Assets environments.
• Provide documentation, training, and support for users and content teams.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and best practice discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), specifically AEM Assets and AEM Sites.
• Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, CRX, JCR repository, and Sling.
• Hands-on experience with DAM workflows, asset ingestion, metadata modeling, and replication.
• Experience in integrating AEM Assets with Adobe Creative Cloud and other tools.
• Experience in Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, and RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of content delivery networks (CDNs), caching, and cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
