AEM Architect

You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing solutions along with a technically focused team to provide technical expertise in the design and planning of solutions. - Building solutions on top of the AEM Sites and Assets. - Transferring business requirements into technical specifications and providing technical implementation solutions and recommendations. - Creating and integrating content-driven applications on top of the AEM core platform and integrating with other systems. - Defining implementation processes and best practices. - Handling Demos and POCs for clients. - Providing technical guidance to the team and mentoring the technical focused team. - Reviewing Code to ensure code quality, readability, and security. - Leading day-to-day technical activities bringing in excellence in implementation. - Working closely with clients, developers, system administrators, and BAs to build AEM solutions. - Providing solutions in integrating third-party systems with AEM as part of the overall architecture. - Leading projects in the Agile model by taking on different roles required in the project. Qualifications required for this role include: - Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, touch UI dialogs, etc., and AEM development. - Deep understanding of Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services, and components. - Deep understanding of AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering. - Deep understanding in Java, web development experience, other Content Management system experience. - Expertise with core web technologies including XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side Scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations. - Preferred expertise in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the AEM platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix.
