Adobe/Magento E-Commerce Operations Manager

Key responsibilities :

Product data entry and management: Uploading new products, updating existing information, and maintaining an accurate and organized product catalog.

Content creation: Writing unique and SEO-friendly product descriptions to improve search engine visibility and encourage purchases.

Product categorisation and tagging: Organising products into logical categories and adding relevant tags to enhance navigation and searchability.

Image management: Editing and optimising product images to improve visual appeal and loading speed.

Price and inventory management: Setting prices, including applying discounts and promotional offers, and ensuring accurate stock levels.

Product relations: Setting up product relationships like up-sells, related products, and cross-sells to increase average order value.

URL optimisation: Creating optimised URLs and managing metadata to improve SEO and user experience.

Required skills and qualifications :

Experience: 4+ years of experience in Magento e-commerce management, often with a focus on operations, with many roles requiring a bachelor's degree.

Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (like Magento, Shopify, or Amazon) and digital marketing concepts.

Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Leadership and communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and collaborate with other departments.

Problem-solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively to address a variety of operational challenges
