Job Description

As an Adobe Target Specialist at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to enhance the digital customer experience by implementing advanced personalization and experimentation strategies. Working closely with marketing, analytics, and development teams, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Adobe Target solutions across web and mobile platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing personalization strategies using Adobe Target, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, recommendations, and automated personalization. - Leading Adobe Target implementations across various platforms and integrating them with Adobe Analytics and other Experience Cloud products. - Developing reports and dashboards using Adobe Analytics, Report Builder, and other tools to provide actionable insights. - Managing experience activities, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring seamless data flow between platforms. - Collaborating with stakeholders to define testing protocols, ensure compliance, and support solution design and client interactions. Key skills required for this role include proficiency in Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Cloud, front-end technologies, data visualization & reporting, as well as knowledge of Agile & Tagging Methodologies.
