We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team and drive our operational and marketing efforts as we grow. Job Summary:As a Manager at Protomont Technologies LLP, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing key business strategies that contribute to the company's growth. This includes developing marketing strategies, managing brand presence, and collaborating across departments to ensure streamlined operations. Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy:Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet business objectives. Identify and prioritize target markets and segments for our 3D printing solutions. Brand Management:Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels. Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote our products. Digital Marketing:Manage online marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation. Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance using relevant metrics. Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and opportunities. Team Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction. Reporting:Prepare and present marketing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Monitor marketing metrics and adjust strategies as necessary. Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector. Skills:Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software. Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management. Excellent communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
