Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)-
Facility & Office ManagementOversee cleanliness, safety, repair, and maintenance of office premises.Ensure smooth functioning of utilities and office infrastructure.
Vendor & Asset Management
Finalize service providers and vendors.Maintain asset registers and ensure optimal use of company resources.
Procurement & Inventory
Ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely availability of admin supplies.Manage stock and disposal of obsolete items.
Travel & Accommodation
Organize official travel and lodging for employees, clients, and guests.Ensure adherence to travel policies.
Administrative Budgeting
Prepare and monitor admin budgets.Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain documentation of contracts, insurance, AMC, licenses, etc.Ensure safety and statutory compliance (fire, hygiene, etc.).
Team Management
Lead and supervise front office, housekeeping, security.Ensure high performance and proper task delegation.
Event & Meeting Support
Coordinate internal events, meetings, and special projects.Provide logistical support and facility setup.
Risk & Emergency Handling
Implement crisis management and disaster preparedness protocols.Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control).

Facility and office operations expertiseVendor negotiation and cost controlExcellent communication and coordinationProficient in MS Office, Especially MS Excel Advance, ERP/Admin tools are preferableProblem-solving and decision-making skillsCompliance and safety awarenessTime and resource management
* Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (any stream); MBA/PGDM preferred
1+ year of experience in admin/facility rolesExperience handling multiple locations or large facilities is an added advantageFamiliarity with legal, security, and compliance-related processes

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
