Job description

We are seeking a we'll-organized and proactive Admin Executive .The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall office administration, travel coordination, inventory, vendor management, employee onboarding/offboarding, and providing day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight, hotel bookings, and visa processing
Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office operations
Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and IT equipment, ensuring timely restocking
Identify and coordinate with vendors for procurement of office and IT equipment as per team requirements
Support in onboarding and offboarding of employees, including creation of ID cards and access coordination
Assist in organizing and executing internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for various office needs and services
Maintain documentation and records related to procurement, travel, vendors, and employee movements
Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office premises by working closely with facility and housekeeping staff
Provide administrative support to internal teams and leadership as needed
Cab Vendor, Food and facility vendor, shortage of material, inventory management.
Guard, emergency in night in server room or to any employee on floor
Security Management
Client travel / hotel arrangements, employee travel and hotel arrangements, 24/7 support online and offline.
