Job Description

We are a custom furniture manufacturer located in Verla Canca, looking for a new pro-active and outgoing skilled team member to join our expanding design department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and formatting of furniture and fabric list for quotations
Maintain and organize files, documents, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
Track deliveries for compliance of deadlines.
Handle data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document dispatches.
You will act as support staff in the design department.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Email writing
Qualification: Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in managing office tasks, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality standards.
Eye for design or creative skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Have your own vehicle with valid driving licence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
