Administrative Assistant

Your Key Responsibilities And Impact
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, Logistics, and office coordination.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes with accurate documentation and timely communication.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of information and task completion.
- Uphold data privacy standards and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Essential Criteria
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in administrative support or office coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired But Not Required
- Experience with office administration.
- Familiarity with basic labor laws or HR compliance.
- Knowledge of facilities management.
