Zackle Engineers is a growing engineering solutions provider committed to delivering quality and efficiency. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as an Admin & Accounts Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Handle bookkeeping and financial records using Zoho Books and Tally.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and expense records.
• Support administrative tasks including documentation, correspondence, and office coordination.
• Assist with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts-related queries.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Female candidates preferred.
