Accounts Receivable Associates
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups with customers / clients through email or calls to ensure timely collection.Monitor and update AR aging reports; escalate long-outstanding balances to the concerned stakeholders.Support monthly and year-end closing activities in coordination with senior accountants.Assist in preparing MIS reports and dashboards for client review.Ensure compliance with internal control and documentation requirements.Adapt to various ERP / accounting platforms based on client environment.
