Accounts Payable Clerk

Role Overview: As a Purchasing and Merchandising Coordinator at E2E Group, your role will involve handling purchasing and merchandising inquiries, resolving outstanding supplier account issues, and investigating discrepancies with vendors or customers. Your responsibilities will also include following up with vendors and customers to obtain or provide information, resolving problems, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Additionally, you will assist in account reconciliations, special projects, and other administrative duties as required. Key Responsibilities: - Handle purchasing and merchandising inquiries - Resolve outstanding supplier account issues - Investigate discrepancies with vendors or customers - Follow up with vendors and customers to obtain or provide information - Resolve problems and ensure compliance with established procedures - Assist in account reconciliations, special projects, and other administrative duties as required Qualifications Required: - 2 to 3 years of related experience - College degree (DEC) from a 2-3 years program - Knowledge of MO (including internet) and in-house systems (JDE) as a plus - Familiarity with accounting terminology and procedures, including filing accounting records, check processing, data entry, and cash applications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented approach Additional Details: Joining the E2E Group means aligning your career with a company that values teamwork, excellence, and your contribution to success.
