Accounts Payable Analyst

Here's a detailed overview of your role and responsibilities at Solenis: Role Overview: You will be a part of the Global Excellence Center (GEC) in Hyderabad, supporting Solenis" global operations by ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and maintaining vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Two-way and three-way match invoice processing - Processing of 3rd party freight invoices, Legal, HR Invoices - Reviewing and addressing discrepancies and fallouts - Analyzing vendor and system improvement opportunities - Reviewing blocks and taking necessary actions - Reviewing suspected duplicate invoices - Conducting quality check audits and reviews on invoices - Participating in regular process knowledge sessions for quality audits - Creating and updating process documents - Setting up new vendors and managing changes - Clearing blocked invoices (MRBR Report) - Generating month-end reports and metrics reporting (Data consolidation) - Handling queries and Helpdesk Emails - Implementing process improvement ideas, SIX Sigma, and RPA projects - Analyzing root causes for any discrepancies Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in invoice processing and vendor management - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of quality audit processes - Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like SIX Sigma and RPA - Ability to analyze root causes and implement solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Additional Company Information: Solenis, a leading global producer of specialty chemicals, focuses on delivering sustainable solutions for water-intensive industries worldwide.
