He/she should be strong in accounts and TallyFinancial Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.Accounts Payable and Receivable:Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.Bank Reconciliation:Performing bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with bank statements.Financial Reporting:Preparing financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Budgeting and Forecasting:Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Expense Management:Monitoring and managing company expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.Tax Compliance:Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing tax returns.Audit Preparation:Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.Payroll Processing:Managing payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements.Financial Analysis:Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or discrepancies.
