Accounts manager

As an Accounts Manager at our CA firm based in New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in managing financial accounts, preparing reports, conducting audits, and offering financial advice to clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. To excel in this role, you should hold a qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or B.Com along with relevant experience. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager who can efficiently handle accounting processes, ensure tax law compliance, supervise junior staff, and manage client accounts effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. - Preparing and reviewing financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS). - Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings within regulatory deadlines. - Assisting in tax planning, preparing tax returns for clients, and managing audits. - Supervising and guiding a team of accountants and trainees. - Coordinating with clients to resolve accounting and taxation queries. - Overseeing MIS reports for management, including financial performance analysis. - Utilizing accounting software like Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP solutions effectively. The ideal candidate for this position should possess: - Educational Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with 5+ years of relevant experience. - Prior experience in a CA firm is preferred. - Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and ITR filings. - Familiarity with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST Laws. - Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and accounting software. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines efficiently.
