Job Title: Accounts Executive – GEM Accounts (₹6.5 LPA)

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Executive to support GEM accounts at SPI Aviation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, financial reconciliation, and internal audit. Additionally, proficiency in Power BI for financial reporting and presentations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile books of accounts accurately.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and financial integrity. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and present financial insights using Power BI.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, reconciliation, and internal audits.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Power BI for financial reporting and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
