Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

As an Accounting & Finance Manager ypu should br responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization. This includes managing financial transactions, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role also involves providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Manage the organization's cash flow and forecasting.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making to the management team.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors for GST and Auditing purpose.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting and financial regulations and best practices.
• Create and manage financial regulation for the company that reduces cash flow complication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
