Accounts & Deposits QA Test Engineer - SAP

As an Accounts & Deposits QA Test Engineer - SAP at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and high quality of software changes made to improve the bank's digital channels. The bank is undergoing strategic projects and transitioning to Agile software development methodology to enhance agility and reduce time to market without compromising on quality. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with business and operational units, bringing your test, test management, and test automation skills to the development team within a Squad. You will be actively involved in applying test automation concepts and practices in the context of Deutsche Bank's digitalization journey. As part of the role, you will be responsible for understanding existing processes and the underlying system landscape, participating in the Software Development Lifecycle, creating test cases, developing test automation features, and executing test activities on different environments. You will contribute to project discussions, develop high-quality test solutions, document test strategies and results, and ensure software defects are addressed effectively. Moreover, you will drive quality indicators, promote non-functional testing integration, and collaborate with global and local teams, vendors, and third parties. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in Quality Testing and Assurance, strong expertise in requirements understanding, test case creation, and test execution using various tools like Jmeter, Selenium, SOAP UI, Postman, HP UFT, HP ALM, and SQL. Experience in SAP applications and domain knowledge in Deposits and Pricing would be advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in DevOps tools, troubleshooting skills, Agile/SCRUM environment, and banking domain processes is essential. Soft skills such as communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are also crucial for this role.
