Job Description

Our client is is a global provider of integrated rig products and services, specializing in the inspection, repair, maintenance, and modernization of drilling rigs and related equipment.


Accounts Assistant (Finance Department) – India

Accounts Assistant


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and manage billing records.
  • Review and post supplier invoices; reconcile statements.
  • Process payroll and prepare staff pay slips.
  • Manage petty cash, bank transfers, and expense claims.
  • Support VAT return preparation and month-end closing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Indian tax laws is an advantage.
