Job Description

Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting, audit, and finance deliverables for multiple clients.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 5–7 members.
Review financial statements, reconciliations, and compliance reports.
Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Handle client communication and relationship management.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with
3-4 years of post-qualification experience
, OR
CA Finalist with
5–7 years of relevant experience
, OR
M.Com / MBA (Finance)
with
5–7 years of experience
in Accounts & Finance.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxation.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and client-handling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
