Role Overview

As an Accounting Executive at Quattro Spaces, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end accounting operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 5+ years of experience who can ensure accuracy in financial records, maintain compliance, and contribute to robust financial processes across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and entries.
  • Manage vendor invoices, payments, receivables, and expense reimbursements.
  • Track payables, receivables, and project cost allocations with accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analyses.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure strong internal controls.

Who You Are (Requirements)

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (M.Com or CA Inter preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience in real estate, construction, or project-driven industries is strongly preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and compliance regulations.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational discipline.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with ERP/financial automation systems.
  • Prior experience with real estate or property management accounting.
  • Ability to independently manage accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
