Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Assist in bookkeeping, payables, receivables, and general ledger entries.
Support in preparing invoices, bills, receipts, vendor payments, and reimbursements.
Help with bank reconciliation, GST/TDS workings, and basic statutory compliance.
Contribute to preparation of MIS reports and audit documentation.

HR & Admin Support

Assist HR with payroll processing and attendance reconciliation.
Maintain employee reimbursement and expense records.
Support office administration, vendor coordination, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with Accounts, HR, and Operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com/M.Com/CA (Inter) students or freshers looking for practical exposure.
Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally ERP preferred) and MS Excel.
Interest in learning about GST, TDS, PF, and payroll.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proactive and eager to gain multi-domain exposure.
