Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Penetration
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies to expand footprint within existing and new accounts.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
Revenue Growth & Forecasting
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Collaboration
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Required Skills

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
Demonstrated success in sales penetration and strategic account growth.
Should have experience in Microsoft, AWS, Google
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
