Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand client goals and align our solutions to drive value and outcomes.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Monitor account performance, usage, and satisfaction—flagging issues proactively.
Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
Provide regular reports and feedback to clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate client records, activities, and updates in CRM tools.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to improve customer experience.
Stay up to date on industry trends and client markets to deliver strategic insights.
