Role Overview

Account Manager

This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset to deliver exceptional client service and maintain long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the

    primary point of contact

    for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client goals, business models, and success metrics.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive

    client retention and account growth

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, and marketing) to deliver solutions effectively.
  • Manage and track client accounts, deliverables, and project milestones.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Handle client escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Regularly analyze client performance metrics and prepare review reports.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records for all client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years

    of experience in

    account management, client servicing, or customer success

    roles.
  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication

    skills.
  • Strong

    relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving

    abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with

    CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfortable working independently in a

    remote environment

Good to Have

  • Experience working in

    SaaS, technology, or digital services
