Account Manager for Cloud and Managed Security

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Account Manager on-site in Kolkata for CtrlS Datacenters Ltd. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact between clients and CtrlS, overseeing various solutions such as Colocation, Cloud Computing, Managed Services, Disaster Recovery, Storage and Back-up, Application Hosting, IaaS, Platforms, Network, and Managed Security Solutions. Your role will involve developing and nurturing relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to achieve customer satisfaction.
