Events, Live Experiences and Event Technology services — delivering hybrid and experiential technology solutions for corporate conferences, product launches, and large-scale live events across India. This is an on-site role for delivery and client-facing operations across regional event locations.Role: Event Technology Account Manager (On-site, India)We are seeking an experienced Event Technology Account Manager to own strategic client relationships, coordinate technical production, and ensure flawless on-site delivery for high-impact events. You will act as the single point of contact between clients, internal production teams and vendors to translate business objectives into technically sound, on-time, on-budget event experiences.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle client accounts for event-technology engagements: requirement gathering, technical scoping, SOW creation, budget management and post-event billing reconciliation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on contract specifications and timelines.
  • Manage on-site execution: lead run-of-show, technical rehearsals, crew briefings and real-time troubleshooting to ensure zero-downtime delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships—provide consultative guidance on tech solutions (hybrid setups, streaming, RPI, redundancy) and recommend upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation: SOWs, change orders, resource plans, risk logs and post-event reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor P&L for assigned accounts: control costs, negotiate vendor rates, and ensure timely invoicing and collection.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3–6 years experience in event account management or technical production management for live/hybrid events (onsite delivery focus).
  • Hands-on knowledge of live-event workflows; able to read technical riders and equipment lists.
  • Proven client-facing skills: consultative selling, expectation management and contract negotiation (SOWs, change orders).
  • Strong project management: scheduling, vendor coordination, budget oversight and risk mitigation for multi-site events.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience using CRM/project tools (Salesforce, Monday, Google Workspace or MS Office).

Preferred

  • Experience with hybrid/virtual event platforms (live streaming, encoding, CDN integration) and redundancy planning.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, rigging standards and local venue operations across major Indian cities.
  • Prior experience working with corporate, FMCG or large agency event portfolios and handling multiple concurrent deliveries.
