Account Management

As a seasoned professional with 15-18 years of experience, you will be responsible for generating new business in the Enterprise segment by identifying and hunting for new accounts. Your role will involve building strong relationships with decision makers to uncover opportunities for new products/services and enhancing existing infrastructure for additional revenue. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and increasing business from existing customers. To excel in this role, you must adhere to defined sales processes and actively manage the sales funnel in alignment with organizational growth plans. As a key point of contact for customers, you will champion their cause internally with various teams to ensure the delivery of quality solutions, timely services, and top-notch support. Furthermore, it will be crucial for you to escalate customer issues, process anomalies, and pain points to seniors in a timely manner. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will be expected to report sales data, competition information, and market insights as per the specified requirements. Your expertise in account management will play a pivotal role in driving success in this position within the dynamic IT Services & Consulting and Telecommunications industries.
